June 21, West Chicago

US (IL): Perennials extravaganza at Darwin Perennials Day

Hosting visitors rain or shine, Darwin Perennials are expecting over 400 guests June 21. The event is focused for perennial wholesalers, growers, retailers, buyers and landscapers from every state. You'll see genetics from Kieft Seed, Darwin Perennials, and Star Roses and Plants. More than 30 perennial vendors will come to The Gardens at Ball to answer your questions in an outdoor trade show setting.

Perennial customers will see both new plantings and overwintered beds this year. As for education, Bob Blew from Centerton Nursery, and Greg Soles from Darwin Perennials are guest speakers this year with topics on profitability and plant selection. In addition, tours of the Premier Seed Lab are available for the curious.

This no-charge event is open to the trade only and starts at 8:00 AM and winds down by 3:00 PM. Afterwards, there will be cocktails and music at the Morton Arboretum on their patio "Woods & Wine" event.
