Proactive support of PlantConnect order response stopping

From 1 June 2017 Royal FloraHolland will no longer provide the service that pro-actively alerted growers by telephone of open orders in the PlantConnect webshop.

Royal FloraHolland is striving to have a reliable digital platform with a correct and available supply. The digitisation of the order process allows orders to be placed at all times of day or night. This means it is no longer feasible for us to monitor the order process continuously. In combination with the current reorganisation, it was decided to terminate the PlantConnect order response service. From now on, growers will have to be alert and check for open orders, and buyers will have to contact the grower themselves if no order response is received for their PlantConnect orders.
