Canada: Steve Boekestyn joins Priva as Sales Account Manager

Priva has appointed Steve Boekestyn as Sales Account Manager. Steve will be working from the branch office in Vineland, Ontario together with the company's North American team. Steve will be focusing on the mid-market floral industry, as well as managing accounts for indoor growing, including vertical farming and cannabis.

As a recent university graduate with a degree in finance, Steve grew up in the family greenhouse business in Jordan, Ontario. “The greenhouse environment is second nature to me” explains Steve. “Combining my knowledge and experience in horticulture with the current market leader in horticulture climate controls felt like a perfect combination. My finance background will allow me to work closely with growers, giving them an opportunity to save money on variable costs such as energy, water, and labour, while maintaining optimal product quality.”
