Acquisition BonarAgro finalized, name change to IFG Cresco

Last July, Low & Bonar announced its intention to sell its BonarAgro business and associated production unit in Lokeren to the International Fibres Group (IFG). The sale between Low & Bonar and IFG has now been fully completed.

The decision has also been made to change the company name to IFG Cresco NV. In the meantime, the company is working behind the scenes on the re-branding of their agrotextiles. They have also chosen to revamp Phormium and bring it back into the foreground, as a symbol of both their renewed vigorous approach and the continuation of the sustainability of their solutions. Further details will be announced early 2018.
