Decorum starts with Royal Brinkman Service Engine

Last March Royal Brinkman launched a new product: the Service Engine tool. Due to the close collaboration between Decorum and Royal Brinkman, an exclusive pilot was started among a number of Decorum members, including Sion Orchids and Duijn-Hove. This pilot was successful and the tool is now being implemented among all Decorum plants and flower members. The tool has already been implemented among around 15 Decorum members.



Service Engine Tool
The tool was developed by Royal Brinkman to increase company security. More and more demands are being made in the horticultural sector of employees and systems. Keeping track of all service and maintenance activity that prevents disruptions, stoppage and product loss is a daily challenge. The Service Engine Tool offers a solution to this. The tool functions as a real time task manager and gives insight into controlling and coordinating all service and maintenance work. An added advantage is that business owners are always informed of legal, insurance and business duties.

Decorum and Royal Brinkman
Decorum has a Purchasing work group in which interesting and stable contracts are made with various suppliers, in which the members of the cooperation can be advantaged. In 2014 Decorum signed a maintenance agreement with Royal Brinkman. This created a close collaboration in which Decorum and Royal Brinkman work together as partners for smart solutions, such as the Service Engine Tool.
