US (NC): Mitchell's Nursery and Greenhouse's open house results

The beginning of this month, on December 3, Mitchell's Nursery and Greenhouse held its Poinsettia Open House. This North Carolina family business is one of two commercial greenhouses in the state to hold poinsettia trials. The information gathered each year helps the national poinsettia breeders decide which poinsettias they will release to the market next year. At Mitchell's Nursery and Greenhouse, they have grown over 10,000 in 80 different varieties this year.
