If a bunch looks odd or out of place in any way, it won’t leave the premises.” FleuraMetz buyer Arie Schoneveld confirms. “Gerrit rings me on the odd occasion: ‘You’re not getting them, Arie.’ The flowers often still meet the highest quality standards however, if he thinks they’re not good enough, I’m not getting them. It says something about his character. To me, it means that I will always receive the highest quality.”
Gerrit: “In the past, people always needed to feel and smell the product before they buy. Nowadays, there is a lot of rubbish among online offers and an equal amount of disappointed customers. This is not the case with FleuraMetz, they want to avoid disappointments at all costs. If only there were more businesses with the same mindset. Having said that, it is still a natural product, not one flower is the same. However, if I don’t think it’s perfect, I won’t sell it.”
