NL: Wouters Nursery launches Aqua Easy hanging pot with water level indicator

In the upcoming IPM Essen - 23 to 26 January - Kwekerij Wouters (Wouters Nursery Garden) will be introducing a new product: a hanging pot full of flowering garden plants with a large water reservoir and a smart water level indicator.

As one of the largest bedding plants growers Kwekerij Wouters has a leading position in the market. "Our corporate philosophy has been the same for years: we produce what the consumer needs", says director René Wouters. "Nevertheless, as a bedding plant grower we make great strides every year to implement this philosophy in our entire production process. The attraction of the assortment is determined by an accurate selection of genetics and color combinations. But also by the addition of ornamental pots (colors and shapes), specific packaging and convenience concepts, such as the Aqua Easy."

Earlier, the nursery introduced the successful concept of Aqua Easy, a total concept of flowering garden plants in an ornamental pot with a water reservoir. From this year Aqua Easy is also available as basic hanging pot, making the product accessible to a broader group of consumers. The inclusion of a smart water level indicator allows the consumer to see at a glance whether the reservoir is sufficiently filled. In addition, the hanging pot has a flexible attachment, so that it can be hung up in two ways.
