Delphy becomes sole owner of Aegisto

On March 15, Delphy became the sole owner of Aegisto BV. Delphy already had 50% ownership of Aegisto and acquired the remaining 50% from Botany BV.

Aegisto has been carrying out the validity testing of crop protection products under the GEP (Good Experimental Practice) accreditation since 2010. Recently, the NVWA extended the certification for the conduct of this research by another six years.

Aegisto is active in all sectors with quality control research. By carrying out this type of research, Aegisto is helping to broaden the range of crop protection products.
