Ziraat Bank and Agricultural Credit Cooperatives Association have announced the details for low-cost credit lines for agricultural investments including credit lines for greenhouse construction and modernization. The farmers will be able to use credits up to 25,000 USD with no interest in locally certified seed, plant, and seedlings purchases in addition to greenhouse construction and modernization projects.
This program will cover all projects starting from January 1st, 2018. Growers who produce floricultural products in greenhouses of 5,000 or more square feet will be able to benefit from this program if they register in the greenhouse production system of the state.
For seed, seedling and young plant growers, the growers have to have an “Authorized Seed Grower” document issued by the state in order to benefit from this incentive program.
