The flamboyant flowers with vivid colors will start gracing the parks of Cankaya, a district located in Ankara, starting from the end of April.
The local municipality of Cankaya has been working towards the production of summer plants and flowers and will start planting them during this time of the year. The municipality grows its own summer and winter plants in its own greenhouses with their own employees at a very low cost. For summer flowers, they have started the seeding process in February and soon all petunias, begonias, alyssums, china aster and daisy bushes will take their place in the parks for the enjoyment of the visitors.
Cankaya has already built more on its reputation as the greenest district of Ankara with the new parks they have just recently opened and they have also increased their production capacity by 35 % with 2 new greenhouses they have built.
