NL: Dümmen Orange not preparing for stock market launch

A rumor is circulating that Dümmen Orange is preparing for a stock market launch in 2019. The news was brought this morning by De Telegraaf, a large Dutch newspaper, and was picked up by various news sites soon after. However, according to Dümmen Orange, the rumor is false.

"We are surprised by this publication. First of all we were not approached by the newspaper for this article. Secondly, the content is not correct. When BC Partners took over our company in 2015, we scheduled a period of 5-6 years to transform the company. We are working hard on scale and innovation while improving our service to customers. Therefore the timing and form of an exit are currently not in scope", the company states.
