Ridder Group unites brands under one banner

Starting 11 June, the Ridder Group will have one brand. Its existing range of brands will make way for one umbrella brand, Ridder, to enhance their profile and name recognition on the international market. The company name HortiMaX B.V. will be discontinued. All contact and address details will remain unchanged for customers.

Combining forces
As Klaas van de Poppe, the CEO of Ridder, explains: “We concluded that our existing brands, corporate identities and online channels were too fragmented. That’s why, starting 11 June 2018, we are introducing a single brand for the Ridder Group, with a new corporate identity that will strengthen our visual impact and profile on the international market. This will also reinforce mutual commitment and commercial cooperation within Ridder’s different business units.”

HortiMaX company name will disappear
HortiMaX B.V. will become Ridder Growing Solutions B.V. All contact and address details will remain unchanged for customers. The name HortiMaX will not disappear entirely, though. It will still feature in product names, such as the HortiMaX CX500 and HortiMaX-Go! climate computers. All international offices in Canada, the USA, France, Spain, Mexico and China will also take the Ridder name.

New look and feel
The new Ridder will also get a new look and feel, and a new joint website: www.ridder.com. This online channel will be used to expand services and provide knowledge. Ridder will introduce all kinds of new services such as calculation tools and intelligent apps.
