FleuraMetz changes its management structure

Changes in the global floriculture sector are gathering pace, with sustainability the new norm. FleuraMetz wants to make a difference by excelling in HR (the best people), marketing (the best customer approach and services) and IT (the best digital channels, data and logistics).

The Board of Directors at FleuraMetz is therefore adding an Executive Team, in which these disciplines are represented, to assist in the day-to-day management of the organisation. The Executive Team will monitor the continuity of daily management and safeguard the representation of FleuraMetz, both internally and externally. In addition to the current four Board members, the Executive Team will be composed of Caroline van den Broek (HR Director), Nancy van Kleef (Marketing Director) and Herman Raué (Data & IT Director).

The FleuraMetz group distributes flowers, plants, accessories, services and information, with an annual turnover of around 375 million euros. 1,400 people work at FleuraMetz worldwide.
