Justin has had a wealth of experiences preparing him for this position, which includes operating his own consultation firm. He has a B.S. in Education and holds teaching certificates in both Pennsylvania and California, where he worked as a classroom teacher. Justin has worked in the horticulture industry for over a decade, working with both large institutions and greenhouse producers, including two years at Green Leaf Plants in both seeded production and the New Product Development Department.
Justin has considerable experience in web design and social media management. These skills will be used in the marketing strategy for Must Have Perennials and consumer marketing activities for the Rozanne and Friends brand.
Justin will be located at Green Leaf Plants in Lancaster, PA, where he also resides with his wife Kelly, and their two children. Justin’s location will allow him to have access to the Must Have Perennial trial fields and trial greenhouses. He will report to Bill Rasbach, President of Must Have Perennials.
