Ecuador eager to break Guinness record with huge rose pyramid
Ecuadorian town Tabacundo is trying to enter the Guinness Book of World Records with a huge flower arrangement. It consists of over 500,000 roses which are placed in the shape of a flat-topped pyramid. It was inaugurated on July 14,2018 and will be on display till Saturday July 21. The jury will make their decision this week.
Many Ecuadorian rose growers are contributing to the project, including BellaRosa and Rose Connection. On their Facebook page, they posted the following pictures:

Next to the attention of broadcast channels, the arrangement has become a real tourist attraction. When searching on Tabacundo on Social Media, the page is loaded with pictures and videos of the floral pyramid.
