UK: Loxley Garden Centre is Most Improved Garden Centre
The Garden Centre Association judges members on several key success factors. These range from great customer service and product range to high environmental standards and creativity.
“The staff have always loved this little centre, and the customers, and we work hard to provide great customer service, great plant knowledge and some stunning displays” says Rachel Shaw, Assistant Manager at Langlands Loxley. “We have always enjoyed recognition for our hard work, and we all strive to have happy customers and healthy plants.
