Bioline AgroSciences acquires Certirol from Certis Europe
This acquisition adds the Certirol product to Bioline’s portfolio and represents the culmination of a significant year for the company. In March 2016 Bioline was acquired by InVivo Agriculture and has since joined forces with their existing biosolutions subsidiary, Biotop, to launch Bioline AgroSciences as a global player in the Biosolutions market. The acquisition of the Certirol business is a representation of InVivo’s strategic commitment to significantly building capacity and strengthening its position in biosolutions.
Martin Zuijderwijk, Commercial Director of Bioline Agrosciences, said, “The Certirol product offers a valuable addition to the Bioline portfolio, giving an immediate benefit to our thrips control offering, whilst also providing exciting opportunities for future developments”.
