Three containers needed for transport Furora

On Tuesday November 29, three containers were loaded on trucks. A big logistical operation to transport this flower processing system for tulips carefully to the customer.

The three containers contain: a Furora and de-bulber that are destined for a customer in the USA. This tulip growing company has been working with a Furora for years already and ordered a second Furora for the coming season.

Containers direction Rotterdam
First the containers are loaded on three different trucks to transport them to the harbour of Rotterdam. Subsequently the containers will be weighed first, in order to be transported by a container ship directed to the USA.

Processing different kinds of tulips
This Furora will be used during the upcoming tulip season to bunch and grade large numbers of tulips fully automatically. The American tulip nursery is growing a wide range of tulips destined for the local market. A few years ago, this customer was the first tulip grower in the USA that started to process tulips with a Bercomex Furora.
