Metrolina Greenhouses brings color to gray days

With this one minute video, Metrolina Greenhouses brings a bit of color to the cold, foggy and gray days in Huntersville, NC. In their 162 acres single-site heated greenhouse they grow hardy mums, summer annuals, hanging baskets, poinsettias, bedding plants and perennials. During these cooler months, they heat the greenhouse with biomass fuel via their wood-driven boilers. They produce over 2 billion BTU’s of heat while being environmentally friendly.
