NL: Deliflor introduces new white spray chrysanthemum

An icy white spray chrysanthemum named Himalaya. That’s the new single flowered spray chrysanthemum which Deliflor introduces on the market. Dutch grower Lianda Flowers will supply this novelty with approximately 60.000 stems a week to the FloraHolland auction in Naaldwijk and Aalsmeer from January 13th.

Himalaya meets all requirements of a white single flowered chrysanthemum to be successful: good weight, scores well on transportation and vase life tests and remains its quality during the process of painting. This flower is named after the Himalaya mountains, where for decades the unique Himalaya salt gets extracted. This salt is well-known for its purity. So it is not difficult to find the resemblance with this new chrysanthemum Himalaya.
