In a new series of three videos Carrier Transicold shows the importance of cooling in order to deliver fresh flowers on Valentine's Day, which is being celebrated on February 14. As part of the European ‘Cool Valentine’s Day Contest’ - where 14 participants will be surprised with a bouquet of roses on February 14 - they show the journey of the rose; from grower till vase. Take a close look at the transport phase, the temperature requirements, the best loading practices and so on.
