Turkish Exporters at IPM Essen 2018

Turkish Ornamental Plants and Products Exporters Association held a trade mission in Germany on 22nd-26th January 2018 within the project “Global Trends and New Markets in Ornamental Plants Sector”; in order to maintain good relations and increase trade between the two countries.

Representatives of 16 major Turkish companies of cut flowers, pot plants and outdoor plant exporters from all over Turkey participated in the trade mission program.

Turkish companies visited IPM Essen Trade fair in the first two days of the program and had the chance to see new products and innovations in the green sector. On 25th January, the delegation visited Veiling Rhein-Maas Auction in Herongen, one of the massive flower auctions in Europe, and got detailed information about sales channels and trade opportunities of the German ornamental plants market.
