Designed specifically for the large pots used in the North American market, the Javo Ultra is a big potter, and by big, Javo means “huge”. The Ultra can fill pots up to 20 gallons (80 liters) and do more than 1,000 pots per hour.
But filling thousands of pots per hour is only half the story on this monster machine. Javo put its technological edge to work to allow for drilling – and this machine can drill big, with holes up to 30cm for 5 gallon (20 liter) transplants.
“The North American market demands big potters and big drills,” said Michiel Vanderwaal, GM of Javo USA. “We now have a machine that allows for 5 gallon step-ups into 10, 15 or even 20 gallon pots.”
The Javo Ultra is the machine for large pot filling and drilling.
Power, however, is only part of the story. Speed matters, too. With a revolutionary direct drive system, Javo has reinvented the original potting machine into what they call "the Usain Bolt of the potting world".
The new Javo Standard 2.0 can pot nearly 9,000 pots per hour in a double configuration, or 4,500 per hour in a single configuration. Nothing else is even close. The Standard 2.0 can handle pots up to 10 inches (25 cm).
“The Standard 2.0 is the fastest potting machine in the world,” Vanderwaal said. “Our R&D team set out with that goal in mind and achieved it with a fast, smooth, beautiful machine.”
Both the Standard 2.0 and Ultra will be on display at Javo USA’s booth 1501 at Cultivate ’18 from July 15-17 in Columbus, Ohio.
