NL: Board of Directors changes at Hilverda De Boer and Anton Spaargaren

In order to support the ongoing changes at Hilverda De Boer, the current CEO at Anton Spaargaren, Cees Bakker, will transfer to Hilverda De Boer. Cees was employed at Hilverda De Boer from 1990 to 2009 as Senior Sales Manager. As of September he will return to familiar grounds, this time as Commercial Director. With Bakker added to the Board of Directors of Hilverda De Boer, the Board will consist of four members. The other Board members will remain in their current positions, Gert-Jan Schoneveld as CEO, Ron Bos as Operational Affairs Director and Erik Pesch as Financial Director.

Board changes at Anton Spaargaren

Partnering company Anton Spaargaren is growing rapidly and the developments in the fields of purchasing, sales, marketing, HR, logistics and IT are moving at a fast pace. To continue this expansion and improvement, Ismael de Feijter will take over the position of Cees Bakker as CEO of Anton Spaargaren, starting September 1. As per the same date, Mark Bijlsma will take over the position of Commercial Director.
