In Surrey, a 1.7 acre nursery with 4,144.9 sq.m. (44,293 sq.ft.) of glasshouses is up for sale. It sits immediately to the front of Wyevale’s Woodcote Green Garden Centre, which with a turnover of circa £17M is perhaps the third largest garden centre by turnover in the country.

The nursery is up for sale through Quiton Edwards, who are Chartered Surveyors offering commercial property advice to the Garden Centre and Horticultural industry. They say the following about the property and its opportunities:
