Share Logistics has strengthened itself with multiple international offices in Spain, Italy, Germany and North & South America. Guided by the cargo flows of clients the desire arose to optimize the expertise and service in various important international hubs.
With the recent acquisitions of eight companies in North and South America and six in Europe, the total amount of Share Logistics offices worldwide comes to 27. With over 250 employees the company grew to a middle size player in the logistics market.
Market knowledge
In selecting the takeover candidates it was important to look back at the involvement and personal attention for each shipment. So in the selection procedure of the possible candidates their service level and market knowledge was the key point.
