Why does Peru not have such a blossoming cut flower industry as Ecuador and Colombia, even though it has the same climate conditions? It was one of the main reasons for Peruvian agronomist Rogelio León to start investigating the recipe for success - "the success equation" - of the flower industry in Colombia, Kenya and China. In September 2017, he published his book called "Con Aroma a Flor", which at that time was only available in Spanish. After receiving many requests for an English version, he decided to translate it and there is now an English version available under the title " Super Flowers".

In Con Aroma a Flor (in Spanish) and Super Flowers (English) León takes his readers on a trip through the history of floriculture in each of these three countries and explores the factors that create this recipe for success, or as he calls it: "the success equation" .
