For the sixth year in a row, Royal Brinkman employees from all over the world visited the headquarters in 's-Gravenzande, the Netherlands, for the Horti Experience. The international knowledge event was held on October 3-5 this year, while the three-day training sessions focused on knowledge exchange between the various locations across the world. The global team of Royal Brinkman International now consists of more than 120 employees in total.
Over the course of three days, participants followed various presentations and workshops. These were provided by seven Royal Brinkman product managers and had the following themes: crop exchange, crop care, crop protection & disinfection, packaging & design, mechanization, technical projects and service items.
The goal of the annual Horti Experience is to learn about (strategic) developments within Royal Brinkman, to gain more knowledge about the product range, to formalize the plans for 2019 and to exchange knowledge between Royal Brinkman employees from Hungary, Poland, France, Spain, the UK, Mexico, Turkey, Russia, Morocco, Australia and the Netherlands.
Full of inspiration and filled with even more knowledge, the international workforce is now ready and motivated to realize the plans for next year within their local offices. With this, Royal Brinkman is emphasizing its local-for-local strategy in order to optimally serve local customers.
