The Pacombi Group has announced that the agreement regarding its acquisition of Broekhof Verpakkingen has been reached. The acquisition will now be formally put before the ACM (Authority for Consumers & Markets) for approval.
With 780 employees (480 Pacombi and 300 Broekhof) the combination of the Pacombi Group and Broekhof achieves annual revenue of around € 350 million in various markets including horticulture, retail, food service, industry and agriculture.
