NL: Roses compete for Consumer Award 2017

During the Rose Show (13-18 April in Keukenhof), growers present their roses to the general public. The favourite will go on to win the Keukenhof Consumer Award 2017. The annual Rose Product Day of Royal FloraHolland will also be held here, on 13 April.

All of the roses displayed during the Rose Show are entered in the trade inspection on 12 April and the specialist inspection on 13 April.

Rose Product Day
During the Rose Show Royal FloraHolland organises the annual Rose Product Day for suppliers on 13 April. It is an opportunity for our members to be inspired, learn new information and meet each other. The day concludes with a Meet & Eat dinner for growers and buyers, followed by an evening reserved for buyers, growers and other invited members of the sector. The invitations to the Product Day and the special evening session will be sent out shortly.

The special Rose evening is made possible by Plantum, LTO Glaskracht Nederland, Keukenhof and Royal FloraHolland.

When and where
The Rose Show at Keukenhof in Lisse is open to the public from 13 to 18 April 2017.

The Rose Product Day takes place on Thursday, 13 April 2017, in the Oranje Nassau Pavilion at Keukenhof. The event runs from 14:30 to 21:30.

All growers can register their roses for the Rose Show until the deadline of 6 April 2017. They will shortly receive the registration module and timetable together with the invitation.
