NL: Flower bulbs herald spring

The weather has been beautiful in the Netherlands, so the bulbs have received plenty of sunlight and warmth to grow. Good news, because spring is officially here in the Netherlands. At Ruigrok Flowerbulbs, they can’t wait to see their 250 acres of crocus, hyacinths, daffodils and tulips in full bloom.

Even if their peak season is in summer, from June to September, they also have a lot of work to do in this time of the year. They keep the entire production process in hand: planting, field selection, harvesting, cleaning, grading, quality control and packing. Qualified staff checks the field with flower bulbs carefully in this month.
