New Grower Division Leader at Modiform

Flora Späth joins Modiform on 1 May 2017 as the new Grower Division Leader. She replaces Jeroen W. Ravensbergen who will take on the daily management of Modiform in the role of General Director with effect from 1 March. With her international experience with leading companies and her background in horticulture, Flora is the perfect candidate to lead Modiform further along the chosen route towards a great future.

Flora graduated from Humboldt University in Berlin with a Master of Science in Horticulture. In addition, she has completed additional international courses in horticulture, management, and coaching. With her vast international experience in management positions, Flora's new role as Grower Division Leader means she can provide an even better service to Modiform's national and international customers, together with the sales teams. Flora explains, ‘I am inquisitive and analytical, I listen carefully to what my customers and colleagues have to say so that I can deal with things and be able to provide the best service and, above all, form professional and meaningful relationships. I look forward to starting work at Modiform with every confidence and enthusiasm!’
