Marco Braam appointed CEO at Bosman van Zaal

Marco Braam has been appointed CEO to lead Bosman Van Zaal as per 1st May. This appointment follows Henk Peek’s decision to step aside. Henk will retire as CEO as per 1st May but he will not disappear; he will hold an advising role within the company. Earlier, Gerard Peek exchanged his Board membership to fully focus on his passion product development and sales.

On 1st May, Kees van Grieken will take office as COO, so again a two-person Board will be managing the company. Kees will be an important sparring partner for Marco and a source of inspiration of the organization. Kees is a familiar face in the industry and has long experience in the operational control of a growing organization.

"As shareholders, but also on behalf of all employees, we congratulate Marco and Kees with their new positions. It is the closure of a process that we started three years ago. But most of all it is the beginning of a new period of growth and innovation that are definitely in good hands with Marco. We wish him and his team every success with the continuation of our unique company!", Henk and Gerard Peek mentioned.
