50 years ago, the first Javo potting machine was designed. Since then Javo has set a standard in horticulture automation.
The first Javo prototype
Arnold van Nobelen, the founder of Nobels, designed the first potting machine for Javo in 1969. This new type of machine was equipped with a conveyor and elevator to transport the soil to the pots. Soon after, a local grower tested this very first prototype of the Javo Standard. He was immediately excited about the result and bought the first model.
Developments and investments
From the very beginning, Javo has continuously invested in new products and further development of existing products. The company employs a large number of professionals, such as engineers and mechanics.
