During this week, people from all over Europe have gathered to visit Odense in Denmark for the business fair at GASA Group and ‘Handelspladsen’. Furthermore, professionals and consumers have gathered for ‘Odense Blomsterfestival’ in order to network and get inspiration.
At Handelspladsen many growers, customers and journalists gathered to find inspiration from trends and tendencies for the upcoming season. Both indoor and outdoor mini exhibitions were used to create an inspiring event.
‘Scandinavian Bedding Plant Show’ was one of the hot topics at the GASA Group business fair. A bedding plant show presenting plants for the 2020 season.
The bedding plant show is organized together with Dümmen Orange, who was also represented at the GASA Group business fair. Thus, GASA Young Plants and Dümmen Orange worked closely together in guiding and networking with interested customers.
“As for bedding plants, Dümmen Orange is our strongest young plants partner”, as Sales Consultant at GASA Young Plants, Bent Rosenholm, expresses it. In addition, he continues: “We want to show our customers a realistic version of, which plants they can expect to buy in the spring season next year.”
GASA Group provides a wide range of flowers; from young plants to “finished” plants, from indoor to outdoor and much more. All of which were presented at the other areas of GASA Group’s business fair.
Having a good relationship with the growers and suppliers, it results in them engaging in a close cooperation in developing and influencing the market.
After the business fair at GASA Group has ended, ‘Odense Blomsterfestival’ begins. A public festival for the consumers, but presented in close cooperation with the growers, trading companies and many other partners. GASA Group is, as we have been for many years, business partner for the festival. For the rest of the weekend, everyone visiting the city of Odense in Denmark will be able to see all the many, small exhibitions and enjoy all the events, which ‘Odense Blomsterfestival’ also offers.
