45 years Asocolflores
Proflora is organized by Asocolflores and this year, they celebrate their 45th anniversary. They represent the Colombian floriculture and in less than 5 decades, they have led Colombia to become the second-largest flower supplier in the world and a key economic sector in the country - providing 140,000 jobs (two thirds of the workers are women heads of households). On top of that, the association also has a strong sense of social responsibility and is committed to a sustainable environment. They, therefore, set up a certification scheme, Florverde Sustainable Flowers (FSF), that guarantees buyers around the world that the product they purchase has met the highest environmental, social and labor standards, explain Augusto Solano, Asocolflores President, and Christina Uricoechea, Proflora Director.

The show hours were 10am-7pm and every day after lunch, it got busier and busier.
