US (FL): Miami Flower Experience connects buyers with importers
The “Miami Flower Experience” presented by AFIF: America’s Flower Connection, directed by Christine Boldt, took place May 31st to June 1st, 2018. It was an event for floral buyers to connect with Miami flower importers who were the hosts.

Attendees participated and enjoyed a variety of “very Miami” activities. The event started with a lunch and a motivational speaker. Then a flower wall exhibition was opened, where each host company had a flower wall done in an unique way that gave a lot to talk about.
In the evening everyone was treated to the Miami Flower Experience Reception with sights, sounds and tastes of Miami.
The second day started with a breakfast and another speaker, followed by several important educational sessions done by Christine Boldt herself. "They were extremely educational, the topics were very well explained, and it was an eye opener to all of us who are in this industry but do not know all the details that happen to the flowers arriving to Miami", says Lourdes Reyes of Ball SB. The day ended with drinks, dinner, entertainment and a breathtaking view of the Miami skyline during a beautiful evening on a 4 story 128 foot yacht that was reserved only for the Miami Flower Experience participants.
"More than an event, AFIF wanted to deliver an experience, and the Miami Flower Experience was without a doubt, an extraordinary one!" Lourdes says.
