Flowers used in candy

The use of edible flowers in food is a trend that is becoming increasingly popular. Now, flowers are also used in candy and are called Edible Flower Lollipops. These lollipops are made in Athens, Georgia, with pure cane sugar, freshly ground spices, and a variety of edible flowers. The candies are the work of Kimberly Hadlock, a mixologist and food artisan.
