Netherlands: PostPlants is launching DIY anthurium 'Pimp Your Plant'

DIY - Do It Yourself. This worldwide trend seems to continue. It is completely up-to-date for consumers to enhance the beauty of things and even “handwriting” seems to have been making a comeback, reports marketing agency PullPosition. In cooperation with this agency PostPlants responds to this need of customers and the anthurium grower introduces a ready-made Anthurium concept “Pimp Your Plant”.

Pimp Your Plant
The indoor plants are delivered in a solid pot, available in four colours. These pots can be chalked. The packages are also adapted to this theme, and have a hip, cool look. In addition a wooden name tag is inserted in the pot, together with a box with chalks in the same style.

Target group
The concept keys into different target groups. The first and most obvious target group are the creative kids. The second target group are trendy mothers, who want to fill their home with unique items that they themselves have created. In addition Postplants sees opportunities in the catering sector. A nice version of the menu chalkboard for on the table.

Trade Fair
During the FloraHolland Trade Fair in Aalsmeer, from November the 4th until the 6th, Pimp your Plant was introduced. In the Pull Position street, number 26, you could find the stand of PostPlants, which was fully fitted as an inspirational environment.
