From the market place, which was founded in 2010, the ornamentals find their way to wholesalers, florist's shops and garden centers in Germany and abroad. The heart of the market place is the auction room, with 8 auction clocks and space for 608 buyers. However, increasingly more buyers are participating in online purchasing. On an annual basis, 350,000 trolleys of flowers and 1 million cc containers of plants are traded.
