Netherlands: CPM van Dijk grows 5 million lilies on 31.000 m²
The company was founded 30 years ago and started with growing chrysanthemums. In 2004 the company switched to growing lilies and dedicated itself to the specialisation of Longiflorum, White Heaven. The Global Gap certified company, with a total of 16.000 m², is managed by father Kees sr. and son Kees jr.
In 2011 the company engaged a new plant with a total surface of 15.000 m² established in Maasdijk (the Netherlands). At the moment they have a total glass surface of 31.000 m² where ci. 5.000.000 lilies come to live each year in an environmentally friendly way.
