UK: Schoolgirl names new Clematis species

A Worcestershire schoolgirl has seen her name chosen for a new species of Clematis.

Ella-Mai Williams's suggested name Dazzle was picked during a competition run by a garden centre.

Ella-Mai, a pupil at Inkberrow First School, named the plant for New Leaf Plants.

It will now be sold in garden centres all over the country with a label that reads plant named by Ella-Mai Williams, Inkberrow First School.
