The theme is “The Golden Age”, the era during which Holland became rich through worldwide trade. The highlight of the theme year is the flower mosaic covering 250m2. A masterpiece in its own right.
The inspirational gardens have undergone a metamorphosis. So this year you can enjoy for example, the Golden Age Garden, the Delft Blue Garden and the Beach Garden.
For children Keukenhof has a maze, a playground, a petting zoo, and a Miffy playground. A scavenger hunt leads them along the nicest places in the park.
