Kenya: Registration open for Union Fleurs General Assembly

The next Union Fleurs General Assembly will take place from 4 to 7 June 2016 in Nairobi, Kenya and is organised in partnership with the Kenya Flower Council on the occasion of the celebration of their 20th anniversary.

IFTEX will take place after the Union Fleurs programme from 8 to 10 June. The Expo has grown to be one of the major flower fairs in the world, reflecting Kenya's key position in the global flower supply chain.

Union Fleurs and KFC have prepared a program which will include a 2-day excursion on Sunday 5 and Monday 6 June to Mount Kenya with farm visits and game-drives in the Ol Pejeta Conservancy, home to elephants, white and black rhinos, lions, buffaloes, leopards as well as large numbers of rare and endangered species.

The Union Fleurs General Assembly will take place on Tuesday 7 June and will be followed in the afternoon by an industry conference where KFC members and guests will be invited to join. The day will close with a celebratory Gala Dinner hosted by the Kenya Flower Council on the occasion of its 20th anniversary.

The deadline for Union Fleurs members to register and book their hotel is 15 April 2016.
