Tea by me is a tea concept that was introduced by SpecialPlant Zundert during the Plantarium. This concept is developed in cooperation with tea sommelier Twistea. "From now, you can grow real tea yourself. It's fun and it's healthy as well,” says the grower.
Black, green and white tea are all made from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis. The growing of the plant is an art that the Chinese mastered for thousands of years. No grower has previously succeeded in making the plant suitable for consumption at home. As of autumn this year, the plants are available through SpecialPlant Zundert under the concept Tea by me: the consumer can pick the leaves, dry the leaves, and make tea with them.
Taste at the Plantarium
SpecialPlant Zundert will present the concept at the Plantarium (stand number 247). In addition the tea sommelier of Twistea will be present to give you an insight into the world of tea. And of course you can taste the tea to your heart's content.
