November 3, Aalsmeer

Presentation of World FloriCulture Map at FHTF

On Thursday, 3 November 2016, Rabobank presents the new World FloriCulture Map at the Royal FloraHolland Trade Fair in Aalsmeer.

The World FloriCulture Map outlines the developments in the horticultural sector. They include the changes in the purchasing channel for flowers and houseplants, the rise of Colombia and Malaysia in chrysanthemum exports, and the huge acreage of roses grown around the world for local consumers in China, India and Mexico.

Shopper-oriented selling
The presentation is part of the broad programme in the Royal FloraHolland House during the Trade Fair Aalsmeer on November 2, 3 and 4. The programme has inspiring topics for everyone. For example, on Wednesday, November 2, the presentation covers shopper-oriented selling, to discover how to influence shoppers to buy more.
