Dutch imports into Korea continue to rise
Dutch flower exporters have enjoyed benefits since the Korea-EU free trade agreement took effect six years ago. Not only from the Netherlands but also from other third countries, the amount of imported cut flowers is increasing. Demand is rising among Korean individual consumers as well as hotels demanding diverse high quality flowers. The below statistics show the increasing cut flower import.

Flower market of Express bus terminal, the largest local flower wholesale market in Korea has various imported cut flowers from South Africa, Colombia and the Netherlands.
