82 ha farm in Cotopaxi for sale
Unique chance to start your Ecuadorian adventure
The Cotopaxi region in Ecuador is known for its agriculture. The climate conditions make it perfect for growers of roses, but also a lot of cattle farmers are located here. One of them, Diego Leíva, is selling his farm in Latacunga (Cotopaxi, Ecuador).
“The 82 hectare farm, with 3.000 square meters of buildings, is 55 miles away from the capital Quito, 6 miles away from the cargo airport and Latacunga city, which is the 8th largest city in Ecuador. The farm is 2900 meters above sea level”, Diego tells. Diego used to have 150 cows on his farm. Therefore he had two water reservoirs and two electric water pumps for sprinkler irrigation installed.
“Most of my neighbors grow roses. Royal Flowers, La Rosaleda Roses and Mulalo rose farm, Rosely Flowers, Jet Fresh Flowers,Diamond Roses, Agrinag, Piaveri Flowers and Global Flowers are nearby. This area is highly versatile. Other farms for example grow broccoli.” Diego has lived here for ten years, but is now moving to Spain. Therefore he is selling his farm.
"The farm is all worked up so you can start working since day one. Due to the location is a great investment to sale small pieces of land (100 per hectare) so its a great business short and long run."
The price is 5.500.000 USD, with all equipments and cattle; irrigation system, water pumps, dairy system, tractors, etc. "If not interested in all this inventory the price reduction is 500.000 USD."
