UK: Saffie's rose named after youngest victim of Manchester terror attack

A garden which features a rose named in honour of the youngest victim of the Manchester terror attack will become a permanent memorial to her. The BBC North West Tonight Garden at the Tatton Flower show features a rose created specially in the memory of Saffie Rose Roussos, the eight-year-old girl from Leyland, who was the youngest to die in the suicide bomb attack, which killed 22 people at an Ariana Grande concert at Manchester Arena on May 17 last year.
